Refund policy

No returns
Due to the nature of our second hand items, we do not currently accept returns. If you would like further information about a product before purchasing we welcome all questions by email to contact@presencegift.com.

Damage and issues
We want you to love your purchase! We do our best to clearly describe and photograph the condition of our items and we hope you understand that most items have been previously worn and might therefore show some general signs of wear. However, if you receive your purchase in unexpected condition, or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email us at contact@presencegift.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.
